Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase
• You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking link. You can also track your package directly on the carrier's website using the tracking number provided.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days, or your package is marked delivered but hasn't arrived, contact us at support@mypilatesboard.com and we'll investigate immediately.
