30-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your MyPilatesBoard. If you're not completely satisfied, we'll make it right.

What's Covered

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
  • Item must be in original condition (unused or lightly tested)
  • Original packaging preferred but not required

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@mypilatesboard.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll reply within 1 business day with a prepaid return label
  3. Drop off the package at any USPS or UPS location
  4. Refund is processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the item

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. You'll receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.

  • Full refund: item is unused or defective
  • Partial refund: item shows signs of heavy use
  • Original shipping cost is non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged

Damaged or Defective Items

If your board arrived damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we cover everything — full refund or free replacement, your choice. Just send us a photo at support@mypilatesboard.com and we'll resolve it within 24 hours.

Exchanges

Want a different color? We're happy to exchange your board for another variant. Contact us within 30 days and we'll arrange the swap at no extra charge.
